Founder and CEO

Dr. Harald Stover is a globally recognized pioneer in micro/nanoparticle development and biologics delivery, a Professor in Chemistry and Chemical Biology at McMaster University and Director of the NSERC Collaborative Research and Training Experience (CREATE) Program in Biomaterials. Past awards include an NSERC/3M Industrial Research Chair – Canada’s National Macromolecular Science and Engineering Award.

Maria Antonakos, MBA

Founder and COO

Maria is committed to building diverse teams, seeking game-changing solutions and big breakthroughs. In her career, she has raised over $70m for organizations in science, art and culture, education, social justice and the environment. From 2011 to 2019, Maria led Advancement at Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics. She has also held senior positions at organizations such as Roy Thomson Hall and the Canadian Women’s Foundation, where she established large, innovative philanthropic programs such as Women Play BIG.
